Forum - Cafe and Wine Bar

Just in walking distance from Miniloft Mitte you will find one of the nicest locally run wine bars in Mitte. The Forum Weinerei is part of a wine boutique that is right next door in case you loved the wine so much you wish to take it home as a souvenir.
During the day the Forum acts as a beautiful café with outside sitting options, hot and cold beverages, and delicious snacks.
Towards the evening at 20:00 the Forum turns into a hip wine bar for locals. They have introduced a concept where you pay as much or as little as you believe is deserved for the service, beverages, and food, on your way out. Throughout the night they offer an array of white and red wines to which you can serve yourself as often as you wish. These are an assortment of seasonal wines and are regularly updated.
As well as the open wine bar, there is an open buffet for those who are hungry. For this you also pay as much as your experience was worth it.
If you would like to reserve a table, do this before 16:00 on the same day or earlier. Reservations are only possible between 20:00 and 20:30 for any given night.
From Miniloft Mitte it is easiest to take a 20 minute walk or take the M8 or M12 a couple of stops and then walk from there. The Forum wine bar is right by the beautiful Volkspark am Weinberg. This is also a nice park to relax in before or after your visit to the wine bar.
