A new star in Berlin: Eins Unter Null

Yes, there is a new Michelin Star in Berlin, after its first year: Eins Unter Null is the perfect restaurant for those who want to enjoy seasonal German products but with a touch of fine and minimalistic cuisine.

It takes exactly 5 minutes walking from Miniloft, and it is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12 to 2 pm for lunch and from 7 pm for dinner.

Obviously, it is not the cheapest option where to eat in Berlin: the six courses menu for dinner costs 77 euro and the ten courses menu 117 euros. For lunch you have also a three, four or five courses menu available for 29, 37 and 45 euro respectively, but everything is also available à la carte. Of course, which such a high quality of food, comes a high quality variety of wines and no alcoholic drinks.

The secret for its fast growing success is the combination of skills of taste, hospitality, craftsmanship and sustainability from its management team: Ivo Ebert (host and managing director), Andreas Rieger (chef) and Benjamin Becker (restaurant manager), former employees of 2-starred Reinstoff and Horváth.

The aesthetics of the restaurant is simple, classy and very Berliner: fine dining, but in a casual enough atmosphere to not feel intimidated.

The ground floor of Einsunternull has capacity for 24 people with an exclusive view of their open-plan kitchen. The basement has room for 35 people and can be booked separately or in addition to the ground floor.

It is recommended to book in advance and it is also available to book for groups.
