Open Air in Berlin
Thursday, May 23, 2013
In the winter, it sometimes is hard to muster up enough layers to get out and about in the city – but then again, this doesn’t stop Berlin offering multiple outdoor options during the winter chill. And that out and about attitude really comes into its own as soon as the snow melts and the sun starts shining. Open-air events spring up all through to the end of summer, with plenty of ways to enjoy the city alongside a breath of fresh air.

Office spaces may not seem like a natural destination for a getaway, but what happens when the space becomes more than office? MarcAnn's
Thursday, March 7, 2013
A French boulangerie that offers three types of chocolate brownies and isn’t afraid of adding Weißwurst and Eintopf next to the galettes on the menu? Only in Berlin... and thankfully, just around the corner from Miniloft at our neighbourhood café, MarcAnn’s.
Lange Nacht der Museen
Thursday, March 7, 2013
At the risk of jinxing ourselves, we are beginning to feel the first flushes of spring around Miniloft. Which means all of our “stay outdoors for as long as possible” itches are about to be scratched. For those looking to explore the city whilst taking advantage of the (oh-so-slightly) balmier nights, Berlin’s Long Night of the Museums (Lange Nacht der Museen) is a definite highlight.
