The Miniloft’s neighborhood is fast becoming a culinary hotbed! On top of Weinbar Rutz and Alpenstueck, this former food wasteland can now boast Reinstoff, newly opened and tucked away from the street in a courtyard. Chef Daniel Achilles reinterprets haute cuisine with an experimental, innovatively avante-garde edge, with delicious and gorgeous results. Choose from either a “regional” menu (goose liver with cherries and parmesan, mmm; char and asparagus) or “further afield” menu (calmaretti in red beet gazpacho), both from four (€53) to nine (€111) courses. Accompany the delights with a choice from a wide selection of Spanish and German wines. Round out the evening with a jazz or cabaret concert at neighboring Kunstfabrik Schlott.
