The third edition of Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin will take place throughout the whole city. The locations of events and for screenings this year include the Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery, Moviemento, Factory Berlin Görlitzer Park and the Soho House Screening Room.
The festival was created to support female talents who have a unique story to tell and who come from different ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. It takes place every year and features screenings of international short and feature films. Moreover, a hand-picked selection of music videos, panels, networking sessions will take place for members, festival goers and supporters. But the goal is clear: Highlighting and celebrating women inkey positions in filmmaking. Producers, directors, cinematographer, writer or lead editors.. the selection of films is centered around this key parameter.
